ABANDONED BABIES I was close to tears when she told me the baby was found some days ago. So many things kept running in my mind. Why should a mother do this. Will this child ever survive? The baby is just too innocent for all these. It was my birthday and I went to the orphanage. I met so many of the children and most of them had mental issues, disabilities and abnormalities, just a few were normal. The more I think about all I saw, the more concerned I am about the future of these young ones. I believe that, like kids out there, these ones have the right to family, to joy, to peace, and to good living. The reverse is now the case. I must say the officials at the orphanage are trying their best to raise these kids well and also educate them but this can never be compared to these kids living with their biological parents or families in which they were born into.
